How much should the reward be?
As an employer or recruiter, you should define the reward in the job posting. The recommended reward depends on your distribution plan, target audience and expected chain of referrals.

How much does it cost?
Facecontact.com services are FREE to employers and recruiters who want to split fees. The rewards are paid on success. We usually charge a 19.8% transaction fee to the referrer or recruiter for handling payments and tax reportings, but special plans and discounts are available.
 
How do we distribute your job postings?
We publish your job post on job boards with total numbers of visitors more than 20 000 000 (including GoogleBase, Indeed, SimplyHired, Oodle, Juju and others). We also work on search engine optimization (SEO) for your posts.
 
How to post many jobs?
Please contact our sales (sales@facecontact.com) and send us a list of your positions or a link to such list and we will handle it.
 
How you should distribute your job postings?
If you want to get more employee and alumni referrals and track them using our system then you should post our widgets on your web-site and email your message to your contacts through our easy to use messaging service. Read more about other options in this article on ERE.net
 
How do you keep track of which people made successful referrals?
As long as everyone follows the e-mail instructions to make referrals, the FaceContact.com program carefully tracks who was referred by whom. Once the originator makes his or her selection and reports back to FaceContact.com, the system automatically rewards the right people. Just be sure to always make referrals by clicking on the link in the email you receive. If you instead forward the message to your contacts, you won’t get credit for the referral.
 
What if I don’t want to be paid?
If you don’t want to participate in the referral pool, you can choose to donate the money to your favorite university or charity. In fact, this could be a great fund raiser if you and your contacts are all supporting the same organization.
 
Which payment systems do you support?
We support PayPal, credit cards and wire transfers. We are trying to add new payment systems.
 
How do you define a “successful referral”?
You have made a successful referral whenever the person you referred is selected for the engagement opportunity, whether as an employee, service provider, client, investor, or something else.
